Green Drive tubular linear with Sigmatek drive

Dear Sir,

I am mounting GD250TS linear motor in a new application where it will be use in combination with Sigmatek servo drive.
I need to know these parameter to configure SDD310 servo drive.

A) Pinout of the signal cable
B) number of motor poles
C) torque constant of the motor
D) number of resolver poles

The number of motor poles are 2 and the parameters of the motor are here: https://www.ni-lab.online/new_websmart/read_datasheet.php?index1=6&index2=0&1.x=174&1.y=41#
The feedback type is SIN/COS 1Vpp with 1 sine per electrical period. So, 1 sine per poles.
